He brings a wealth of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning from managing various large-scale multi-stakeholder projects, including consultancies for government-linked organisations such as Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and MOSTI (Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation).
